Shipping
Our shipping speed is estimated between 3 hours to 5 business days after placing and paying the order on the website. It depends on the customer and warehouse location, which will be mentioned by the shipping agent. If you are logged in to your account, our system will show you the estimated delivery time for each product.
Shipping Cost
Shipping charges within MCT-Nill. For outstation, shipping charges start from 2 OMR Every single order shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout because it depends on the weight, distance, and shipping speed. The shipping cost will be shown and added to the order summary on the checkout page before the payment step.
Shipping Temperature Control
All Shipments are subject to shipping temperature below 25°C (Room Temperature/Conditioned Cabin)
Temperature Controlled (Cold/Refrigerated) items are shipped by a dedicated courier to ensure shipping circumstances meet the manufacturer's instructions.
Delivery Issues
If the outer brown box is physically damaged or its seal is tampered with, we recommend not accepting the delivery and promptly reporting the issue to our support team
Shipping Restrictions
- We don't ship out of Sultanate of Oman.
- We don't ship controlled medical items to non-medical practice addresses.
